Frequently Asked Questions for Warmachine: Cygnar Gravediggers Core Expansion Set Superheroes and either a Token or the paints you need
How can I describe the timing of an order issue accurately?
Check whether a displayed status includes its own update time. Check whether automated messages arrived later than the underlying action.
What should I check if checkout reports a payment problem?
A payment message and an order confirmation may provide different parts of the situation. If the process is interrupted, use existing records to determine whether it completed.
What should I do if the product seems different from its description?
Check whether a required step or included component has been overlooked. Base the report on the documented offer and the actual difference you can describe.
